ADVANTAGE
The AGV navigation method can choose laser SLAM + QR code or magnetic navigation sensor + RFID for positioning control, so that the AGV runs along the planned path. The navigation correction sensitivity is high and the response is instantaneous. If an abnormality occurs and causes deviation, the AGV drive system uses differential wheel drive , equipped with limit protection and steering angle feedback, achieving precise motion control within a range of ±90°, and used in conjunction with the drive unit for forward and reverse rotation, allowing the wheel to move in any direction. The control system uses the control independently developed by Lingong Intelligent Technology as the controller and is equipped with a human-computer interaction control panel, which is reliable and stable in operation and easy to operate. The AGV can be controlled automatically on site. The human-machine interface of the upper computer of the dispatching system displays a full Chinese menu. The display screen and control panel can display battery status, operating steps, AGV working status, fault information, etc. System parameters can be set and modified through the display screen. and control panel.
