Intelligent Logistics

In the mixing process of the tire industry, an logistics system composed of 63 laser forklifts is used, combined with a flat warehouse managed by WMS, and connected with the MES  to achieve full-process production automation. 

In construction machinery industry, automated warehouses are used in component assembly, engine assembly, screw tightening, etc., combined with laser forklifts, MES, SAP, and interconnected WMS/WCS, to achieve intelligent material warehousing and transportation. 

In the stainless steel production process,  use 18 outdoor heavy-duty off-road AGVs and 3 sets of double-beam and double-axis gantry systems, realizing the automatic transfer of steel coils in the coil park.

Application scenario: used for material transfer in intelligent logistics units composed of automated three-dimensional warehouses or shelf-type flat warehouses.
