Debut of "Zhi Qi" Humanoid Robot, Ushering in a New Era of Embodied Intelligence
On the first day of the exhibition, LGIM officially launched its first Embodied Intelligence humanoid robot – "Zhi Qi". Featuring 51 degrees of freedom, AMR autonomous navigation, 30-second rapid localization and mapping, 150 TOPS local computing power, and multi-modal large model interaction, a series of cutting-edge technical parameters drew exclamations of amazement from the audience. "Zhi Qi" not only possesses a high degree of mobility flexibility and fine manipulation capabilities, but can also deeply integrate into smart logistics scenarios, realizing full-link intelligence from "perception-decision-execution".
30-meter High Stacker Crane + Digital Twin, Setting a New Benchmark for High-Density Intelligent Warehousing
Addressing industry pain points for high-bay storage – "stability, precision, and efficiency" – LGIM introduced a 30-meter-high stacker crane. Equipped with core technologies such as anti-sway control, laser addressing with ±5mm precision, and an energy recovery system, it saves up to 9.3 kWh per hour per unit, with overall system energy savings of 17%. Combined with the digital twin platform, it achieves an upgrade from "passive execution" to "active optimization" in intelligent scheduling and management. 
New Unmanned Forklift Family Unveiled, Enabling Comprehensive Flexible Handling
The newly released unmanned forklift series covers load capacities from 1.5T to 3.5T, encompassing various types such as pallet transporters, narrow-aisle stackers, and outdoor counterbalance models. The 1.5T stacking and 3.5T counterbalance products showed on-site feature capabilities like 3D laser recognition, IP54 protection, and seamless indoor-outdoor transition, adaptable to various complex scenarios including chemical, food, and fertilizer industries. 
Intelligent Production Line + New Energy Welding Line, Showing "Hardcore Manufacturing Strength"
LGIM also presented China's first complete intelligent forming solution for solid tire carcasses, as well as a new energy heavy-duty electric drive axle welding production line, demonstrating deep customization capabilities in special manufacturing and the new energy sector. Through deep integration of MES/WMS and digital twin visualization, they achieve full-process automation from "extrusion-winding-detection" and flexible mixed-line production.
Sandbox Real-Scene Restoration, Implementation Cases Highlight Delivery Capability
The intelligent warehousing sandbox at the center of the booth, modeled after a chemical industry project, replicated a real scenario with 8868 storage locations, 43 stacker cranes, and an RGV straight/loop shuttle system, attracting numerous professional visitors for discussions.
